Meet Amy

At 48, Amy is going through something so many women can relate to menopause. Before it, she’d managed to lose weight, but once menopause hit, everything became harder, the energy dips, the cravings, and the body fat that just wouldn’t leave.

On top of that, her work has her on the road for long hours, making it even tougher to stay consistent. She had to completely rethink what foods worked best for her body and her schedule.

After coming back from a holiday and feeling uncomfortable in her own body, she decided it was time to make a change.

It’s been more difficult with menopause. Yes, it’s taken patience. But step by step, she made changes that worked for her.

✅ 7.5 kilos down
✅ 4.3 inches lost around her midsection
✅ Less joint pain when running (lighter body = happier knees!)
✅ More confidence when she looks in the mirror

Not long ago, Amy was unhappy with her body and how she felt in her own skin. But Now? She’s stronger, more confident, and the photoshoot truly reflects that.

Her journey proves that while menopause can make things tougher, it doesn’t make them impossible. With the right approach and support, change is possible.

So if you’re reading this thinking, “That’s me” just know that it can be done. You don’t have to settle for feeling stuck.

Only remembered to catch the last 2 reps on camera , but what great progress we are making💪 stronger and stronger every week. Great progress in some Dumbbell RDL’s here.

Nice to receive this photo this morning, that my Friday Morning ladies are still coming in and training together while im away in Canada.

This is Charlotte

Her time doing Personal training with me has come to end after just over a year.

She made some great changes

But not for your conventional reasons if you like.

She had a hip injury that regularly caused discomfort and sometimes pain.

Lacking a little bit of confidence in the gym.

Heavy /painful knees.

Feeling a little weak in general.

BUT now has no knee or hip issue at all which is great!

10x stronger and loves as she calls it “doing the big exercises” haha

The best bit for me though was her saying “ im happy and confident to go to the gym and lift with the big boys” lol

So well done keep it up!

Nice to receive thank you’s like this.

I Helped out with timings and few other bits at Andre’s ( ) Done a great job coaching Andre’s for his first powerlifting comp where he placed 2nd! Was top day and so pleased to See him do so well!
