Thai boxing is on tomorrow 10-11.30am NovaGeracao Suffolk Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu haverhill in the Wisdom Centre on Hollands Road.

All levels welcome and first session is free!

I need to pick up my new car on Saturday, so this Saturdays session won’t be on.

Next session on the 24th at 10am.

I’m going be doing Saturday sessions every other weekend when I don’t have my children.

Next session is on the 17th at 10am.

It’s £10 a session and all proceeds goes to the club or if you already pay NovaGeracao Suffolk Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu haverhill monthly, this would be included.

Some pics a friend of mind dropped in to my WhatsApp teaching group to show when I was last training for a fight.

I weighed in at 86kg and fought with a massive 36kg weight disadvantage to an MMA world champion….. The chap ruined my MCL, so kept moving and boxed his head off 👌🏻😁
