As some of you may know our darling Bossy Mossy gave us all the fright of our lives on Tuesday.

Having found semi retirement a little dull she thought she’d keep herself busy by having a bleed on the brain and being rushed down for emergency surgery.

We are glad to say she is now home safe and resting after making new friends in hospital ❤️

There is no Tuesday morning spin for the now and WhitFitBit and me will cover the other classes, but are fully aware we have big Bossy boots to fill 💪🏼 (It’s actually really hard to sack your mum).

We are extremely grateful for all the kind messages from you all and super proud of our Queen- she’s such a babe and we are her biggest fans ❤️❤️❤️

Ps fitness is still good for you 🤣🤣🤣🙈 and the doctors actually said this is the reason she is able to be at home resting for faster recovery 😉

This isn’t our first rodeo 🐎 we know it’s gonna be hawt tonight 🔥 so just make sure you drink plenty throughout the day, wear clothing that keeps you cool 😎 and take it down a level.

As always, we are gonna be hot sitting at home, this makes the cold shower even better 😉

Hackney Half Sunday and in true Jamie style I’m poorly 😷 it’s the first time I’ve actually pushed myself with training, so was excited to see how it would turn out….currently just hoping to turn up and finish it 😆🤘🏼

Funny how you have a plan and then the universe says “hold up” 🫠 anyway if anyone has a cool hack to help me shift this shizzle I’ll be forever grateful 🙏🏼
