If you’ve ever felt confused about what to eat, you’re not alone. Misinformation is everywhere, but today we’re setting the record straight!

🔥 MYTH 1: Carbs make you fat.
✅ FACT: Overeating calories causes weight gain, not carbs. Smart carb choices fuel your workouts & recovery.

🔥 MYTH 2: Eating fat makes you fat.
✅ FACT: Healthy fats (like avocado & nuts) are essential for hormones & brain function. Balance is key!

🔥 MYTH 3: Late-night eating stores more fat.
✅ FACT: Total calories matter more than timing. Eating late won’t hurt if you stay within your goals.

🔥 MYTH 4: You must eat every 2-3 hours to boost metabolism.

Currently lost 13kg in the Journey, she’s now started running with the CM Running Club and after starting out with running 1k she now runs 5k’s every week for fun! Here’s what she had to say ⬇️

I’ve been training with cam for the past year. The scales are at the lowest they have been for the past 5 years. And my mental health, confidence and overall wellbeing have never been better. I am also reaching fitness achievements that I never even imagined let alone complete. Cam is always supportive and encouraging and sharing his knowledge to make the best version of me!

Why I Became a Coach – My Story

I know what it feels like to struggle. To doubt yourself. To feel stuck in a cycle of starting over again and again.

For years, I wanted to change my body but kept failing—because I was stuck in my own head. Fear of failure held me back more than any workout or diet ever could.

The moment I finally broke through? When I stopped overcomplicating things and focused on simple, sustainable actions. That’s when everything changed.
