Looking for a place to train, improve your fitness, or work towards your own goals? Our Open Gym sessions are open to all abilities.

Monday, & Wednesday
6:00pm – 8:00pm

£7 per session
No booking required – just turn up and train in a supportive environment.

Monday — 6–8pm Open Gym / Team Training
Tuesday — 8pm Muay Thai
Wednesday — 6–8pm Open Gym / Team Training
Thursday — 8pm Muay Thai

💪 Open Gym / Team Training: drop-in sessions — no booking needed

We also offer 1-to-1 personal training sessions morning and evening, 7 days a week, tailored around your individual needs, fitness goals and experience level.
