PCA UNIVERSE - 6th Place - Show Wrap Up

Not the result we came for, but one I can still hold my head high with. Especially making first call outs in this stacked class.

The standard of athletes in Classic Short&Tall was absolutely mental, including an IFBB pro who ended up winning the whole show basically 🤣. So kudos to all for bringing outstanding packages and testing my mettle 👏🏻

By far my best look to date, so placing aside, im over the moon with how the season has ended. And had a blast meeting so many other competitors who made all the shows so much fun and an awesome experience. You guys are legends.

Massive thanks to for letting me join the team and stress him out for the first 2 weeks of us working together 🤣 Top bloke and couldn't of asked for any more from him as a coach. Im extremely excited to see what improvements we can make moving forward in this next chapter 📈

For me, competing this year has run its course. No point in holding my progress back, keeping myself in a prep setting for months on end to face the same standard again and fall short again. We know what to improve on, what to grow (everything), so now its time to get to work and not fall short next year.

Health/Cruise phase already underway, then straight into what WILL be my most productive off season yet, im sure of it.

Thanks to everyone for all the kind messages or support throughout prep, it was crazy how many people you dont realize are watching along or cheering for you behind the scenes so thanks again for all the love 🙌🏻

And lastly, Big thanks to my support crew who all came to help out/watch me on the big stage. It means the world ⭕️

🥉for today, with an impressive first time showing against seasoned competitors of a high standard in the Junior Tall Class!

First Athlete I've coached to stage and loved every second of it, despite being more nervous for him than I was for my own comps 🤣

Caleb handled the process like a champ and has so much potential moving forward that its an honor to coach him and have him trust me with his prep 🙏

Nice little refresh for him now and onto the Natural & British Champs to improve on this 😤⚔️

Been a while since one of these on the grid, so have a physique update. Just need some posing trunks that fit me now 👀

❗️106.7kg/235lbs ❗️

Slight lean up phase and switch to my own programming has meant I've brought my previous weak points of my back/glutes/Hams up to par with the rest of me. All while down to a measly daily 3600kcals 😅

Recently there's been less of me training on here, but that doesn't mean we've let the ball drop. Just the chaos of work and my Business has taken precedence over editing or filming and my 2 hours of the day training has been bliss not being interrupted by filming, looking at my phone, replying to DMs etc.

But, that being said, more content will be going out and more regularly from now on so if there's anything specific you want to see covered, lmk! 🎥

Although it sounds like I'm complaining about being busy, I'm not 😂 Had some really good clients join the team recently and the level of athletes I'm coaching has been elevated so the team are all in for an exciting year with comps/events.

Alongside that, I've retained my best and hardest working clients too 🙌🏻
