South Coast Fitness Social Inclusion Program :
Empowering Lives through Fitness and Community Support
Our Program will be FREE and the aim of our program is to help individuals who may be living with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Personality Disorders or any other long term health conditions more with opportunities to improve their skills, gain practical work experience, and contribute positively to our community.
Participants MUST be over 16
Time slots will range from 1 hour sessions+ depending on the person's needs
We will tailor the program to the participant

Program Overview
The proposed volunteer program will involve participants working at our gym in various capacities, including:
- Assisting trainers and fitness instructors
- Learning about gym management and operations
- Engaging with gym members and fostering community connections
- Participating in wellness and fitness events
Through this program, we aim to provide structure, support, and a chance for growth to our volunteers.
Skills Development
Participants in this volunteer program will learn essential skills, including:
Customer Service: Interacting with gym members to enhance their experience.
Fitness Knowledge: Gaining an understanding of workout routines, nutrition, and wellness practices.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Working alongside gym staff and other volunteers to achieve common goals.
