It's with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to you David Hunter,

10 years ago you came along to play football with a bunch of youngsters that Tony and Pops had some faith in we just needed a few experienced lads to help us on the pitch so we got yourself Chasey, JC and Aaron along to help the rest of us

Apart from winning the league unbeaten in only our second season to relegation the year after and then playing on the Monday evenings... here we are 10 years later ⚽

But it wasn't always what you did on the pitch that helped us, it was what you did off the pitch

Forever our veteran goalkeeper ( Dave the save ) here's from everyone from PFR to AFC Staunton

I appreciate all of our memories together Dave and my deepest love and thoughts goes to your wife Debbie, your children and the rest of your family and friends, I'm glad I got to say my goodbyes and I hope you enjoyed the kind words and stories we shared together, sleep tight my brother until we meet again 💔

Good evening everyone,

We have been into the Cancer Research charity shop today and we have found out that we’ve absolutely smashed our last 2 years in regards of money raised..

Firstly thank to all for guys who played a massive part of what was a great day. Thank you all who come along, who brought raffle tickets, who gave raffle prizes donations and all the players who paid to be involved in the football match..

We can confirm that the amount raised in BVB 2024 is a massive £1257.00!


This is our best year so far

What an absolute belter of a Charity game. It really could have gone either way!

3 years running this event.
3-0 to Team Ryan…..

Last year Team Gary was close with Team Ryan scoring in the closing minutes but this year Team Gary went down 4-0 ..
Team Ryan was catching them on the counter attack and were very prolific infront of goal. Team Gary just could not find that final balll..
Team Gary went on to score 3 goals and the momentum was swinging but unfortunately they ran out of time which means Team Ryan won again today by 1 goal with the game ending at 4-3

Today we had absolutely everything, great football, sportsmanship, amazing atmosphere which means a fantastic amount of money was raised for Cancer Research.

Also this weekend one of our very own captains Ryan Doran will be taking on the tough mudder in London on Saturday the day before the match to raise money for a charity called Sands a baby and infant loss charity, after losing a child last year he has tried to raise money for this charity along side raising money for the cancer research UK, he also completed the great south run last year and raised £150 for SANDS, if you have any extra please donate to his just give page or simply share to raise awareness, Good luck Ryan we are all with you 💜
