Another week behind the scenes building Predict The Premier.

This week I’ve continued reviewing the player experience — particularly mobile usability, predictions, leaderboards and navigation.

💡 Learned

There’s a big difference between what the person building a product thinks users want…

and what users actually want.

That’s why I’m increasingly interested in feedback rather than assumptions.

If something I’ve built doesn’t work for players, I need to know.

🎯 Next

Continue preparing for beta testing, get more people using the platform and turn their feedback into improvements.

I’ll also continue working on growing the community around Predict The Premier.

🚀 Predict The Premier Development Update

I’ve been thinking about an important difference this week.

There’s a big difference between:

“The app works.”

and…

“People enjoy using the app.”

As I continue preparing Predict The Premier for beta testing, I’m looking at the platform more from the player’s point of view.

📱 Is it easy to use on mobile?

⚽ Can predictions be entered quickly?

🏆 Is the leaderboard clear?

⏱️ Is the deadline obvious?

🧭 Can someone navigate without me explaining anything?

Those are the things real beta testing will help answer.

I’m expecting people to find problems.

That’s the whole point.

Find them → Fix them → Make the game better.
