We’ve been bad at posting.
We’ve been great at training.

We are officially back on for 2026 - kickboxing every Wednesday, 19:00 - 20:00/20:30 at Leigh Park Baptist Church sports hall.

It’s not just classes either — we train together, race together, and suffer through things like Brutal runs and Spartan races as a team.

If you’re curious, your first class is free.
If you bring a friend, you get an extra free class, theirs is too.

Classes are £5 for the 1 hour, £7.50 for 1.5 hours.

This Monday 6th Feb is our 1st light fight night of 2023. 7-9pm . There is also the zero contact technique training session for new students and those not wishing to participate in sparring. (Note - Students can do just the 1st hour ).

Morning all! Our Cowplain Kickboxing class has moved to a new location and time, we are now in Havant at Leigh Park Baptist Church and on a Wednesday at 7PM.

If you fancy coming along, feel free to pop in or drop me a message, first class is free (normally £5), if you refer a friend your class is also free for that session.

*I'm going through the social media channels and updating them as I go along, some are taking longer than others.
