"I will wait a few weeks until I'm a little bit fitter before starting Bootcamp."

Bootcamp 🔥

For once, the weather stayed on our side and didn't rain 🌧

Sessions were a mixture of weights and body weight, keep the heart rate up high, and keeping the ladies nice and warm 🥵

The ladies smashed it with some bodyweight superset / tri-set exercises to finish off.

A small bootcamp team on Sunday but they worked very hard and smashed the session 💪

This session was based on supersets with a mixture of weights and cardio 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

With a lower body Finisher to end the session 🦵

Even though the weather was cold and raining the ladies pushed through and smashed it anyway.

Mixture of cardio and weights for this sessions with a song with a a combination of burpees and squats in to finish it off.

CLIENT PROGRESSION 🌟

It’s not always progress photos and feelings. We do celebrate scale weight losses, too! ⚖️

My client Hannah came to me thinking they had to completely restrict their food. They were eating around 1400kcals, completely stuck in a restrict - binge - feel guilty cycle!

I gave them their calories, worried that the calories were "too much" and "too high", after trusting me and slowly building up to the calories I set, the weight started to drop off.

Eating more calories than they thought they needed, they have lost over 2 1/2 stone (16kg) in roughly 3 months! THE BODY FAT KEEPS DROPPING 😱

Clothes are becoming loser, they’re getting compliments, and their day to day lifestyle is becoming easier. Exercise isn't feeling like a chore and is enjoyable

Did we do anything complicated?! NO, a simple calorie deficit, exercise 3 times a week, and a step target / movement that felt achievable 👏

This is just the start for Hannah, and I can't wait to see her progress continue 🤩

Super lucky to be able to work with ladies on a daily basis, helping them gain confidence and grow strength not only physically but also mentally.

Well done to the ladies from yesterday, it was a bit cold/windy but the sun was shining ☀️, the perfect opportunity to get some vitamin D 🤩

1-minute exercises followed by 30 seconds of a bodyweight exercise.

Finished off with 30 seconds of work with 10 second rest period and the final song

Finisher was constant movement of lunges but when they hear the word 'Moment' a burpee was performed 💪

Well done to the ladies from yesterday, amazing boot camp with the sun finally out and shining for us 🤩☀️

4 stations, 2 minutes on each one after 2 station breaking out into 1 body weight or cardio exercise.

The ladies were lucky enough to have 2 Finisher this week 🤩, first one was based around tri sets (three sets back to back with no rest) twice through followed by bring Sally up in Tricep dips 👀

💥 BOOTCAMP 💥

Well done to the ladies yesterday morning!

1-minute stations focusing on upper body followed by 30 seconds of body weight/cardio exercises. Keep the ladies nice and warm whilst a freezing cold breeze was around 🥶

Finished with 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest for 5 minutes all body weight then bring Sally up song in squat hold position. (Safe to say the legs were burning 🔥🔥)
