This month Mickey Kirk was inducted to the Hertfordshire Basketball Hall of Fame.

Mickey has been a member of our club as a player and official for 50 years.

He was recognised for his work as one of the counties leading table officials. Mickey has been officiating games up to a national standard for many years.

At the presentation evening we had the opportunity to thank Mickey for his work for Hatfield Magic and continuing contribution to our club.

It was great to see him honoured in this way.

That marks the end of the first round, Congratulations to blue team, they were very consistent always winning at least one of their games if not both on the night.

New teams will be posted very soon via email for those participating in round 2 on the 29th June. Also, AGM will be held prior to the session at 7:30pm.

Very proud of Hatfield Magic yesterday, runners up in the Herts League Playoff Final.
Congratulations to Enfield Mercenaries, the better team on the day.

Red: 43- 40 Blue
White: 37 - 36 Blue
Red: 47 - 33 White

Red team had a good showing to keep them in contention but Blue team have a strong record.

22nd June will be the final week for round 1. We will have new teams for round 2

Hatfield Magic win their playoff semi final game against Aylesbury Dux Masters 83 - 58.

The final is scheduled for 21st June - 16:00 at Oaklands College, St Albans.
