This weekend sees the return of indoor Junior International Bowls! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (yes really, 2 weeks after the outdoor series!)

Best of luck to Glenn Williams and Rachel Tremlett (captain) who are both representing their country, competing against the other home nations for the BIIBC trophy 🏆

Thank you to all those who took the time to respond to our county survey! We’ve had 158 responses, many of which also completed the free text sections with suggestions ☺️

An export of these responses has been shared with the committee for discussion/action with further communication to follow. You’ll also note that some has already been implemented in the comp entry forms (competition formats to reflect BE’s at 18 ends)

As the season is drawing to a close, we'd love to hear from our players, officials, club representatives, volunteers and spectators! The survey requests basic information (gender and division) and then has a series of optional questions, so feel free to respond to those which most apply to you.

This feedback will be used by the committee to shape our 2023 social and competitive diary, so please do take a few minutes (perhaps while travelling to the Middleton Cup!) to fill in.

It’s not time to put the waterproofs away and return to indoor bowls just yet… we still have the Club League finals to play!

The men’s trophy will be fought for by Royston, Hoddesdon & Rye Park, Welwyn Garden City and Garston Bowls Club - Official

Royston, Sawbridgeworth, Hatfield and Tring will compete for the ladies trophy.

This competition is generously supported by M K Ginder & Sons, for which Hertfordshire Bowls are as always very thankful.

NB east division photos were unfortunately not taken as the cup was not available on the day.
