£6 a session gym or use of dojo (when no classes are on) for sparring or bag work etc, £30 a month payable any point of each month for gym and dojo use unlimited (no direct debits/no contracts)£150 for 6 months gym £220 for the year gym £3 for creche while you train, 12 month contract also available £22 per month! NO JOINING FEES/NO ATTITUDE

Please bring towels to dry off your sweat and keep machines clean for others.Please dress appropriately that means no dirty work clothes or muddy boots.

Power appears to be restored , phew.

Power cut at gym which means the key fob entry will only work for about an hr till it’s battery goes flat , power is estimated to come back around 8-9pm if they can fix it, sorry.
