Jean Glenister: sadly passed away on the 28th of may at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. She was peaceful and comfortable throughout.

She never regained consciousness after suffering the bleed within her brain - despite the best attempts to help her.
The teams looking after her on the neurosurgical critical care ward and ward 8A West were wonderful, caring and compassionate - could not have asked for anything more from them in such a tragic situation.

Jean was very known to the skating world and had a big part in it from when Mary Turner and peter turner started their club over 40 years ago shall be missed by lots of skaters

Jean Glenister Funeral details:
Thursday 29th June at 2.15pm at Hastings Crematorium.
Wake at The White Hart Inn, Winchelsea Road, Hastings.
Collection / donations for The Sussex Wildlife Trust and for planting trees in Jean’s memory.

Please wear something bright and colourful, or something that reflects how you knew her.
