The Chinese kung fu teachers are very smart
at least the families that have several generation .

Several generations of teaching so they got good at reading people not just kung fu.

They are masters at recognising peoples motive's they know if your there to exploit there name's or if your genuine and wish to learn the art.

They may test you by mocking you and what if any kung fu you do know.

Or they may tell you your really good.

The mocking or rubbishing of your kung fu is actually the start of your first lesson if you respond correctly.
If you get upset and walk out you failed the first test, but if your humble and say the right thing the lessons start.
The right thing to say is what's wrong with my kung fu ?
If they praise you they are not interested and no lesson will follow. they will just tell you your very good.

My teacher Jim Uglow told me this before he took me to hong kong to meet his Teacher Mary Yang (Yeu.ng Ma Lee) of the Yang Family (Yeung Gar).
I went to hong kong with Jim on several visits over the years so I guess i passed the test(in fact Mary told me i was the worst she had ever seen funny how that was the best thing she could of said to me because I knew what it ment thanks to Jim Uglow
Thanks Boss

As vaccine injuries appear to have increased many are blaming the spike protein.
It would appear that the spike persists in the body way beyond what was first believed.
And some are suggesting that it’s the spike protein that is responsible and that the body has difficulty in regulating and clearing out the spike proteins leading to blood clots and inflammatory conditions in the body of the vaccinated.

I am not a medical professional and offer no proof one way or the other.

Apparently there is a way to rid the body of the spike protein with a combination of harmless vitamins as follows
Nattokinase ( vitamin K 7) 2000 units twice a day. Cucumin 500mg twice a day and Bromelain 500mg once a day.

I would also advise you to take vitamin d3 to support your immune system

Well it's that time of year again when we make our new year resolutions. What with the last 2 years of covid bringing the world to it's knees with people so scared that they are prepared to roll up their sleeve and get multiple jab's and put up with all the restrictions lockdowns mask and what ever else the goverment tell us. Personally I think that the health minister should be mandating exercise and diet and natural immunity otherwise know as your bodies self defence system. It appears that covid has little impact on healthy people with most of the case's that ended up in hospital's or the morgue having mutiple co morbidities. It seem's to me that to many of us are happy to put our health in someone else's hand's (what's the big deal its only your health) have we become that lazy or that far removed from our bodies that we give up the responsibility to look after ourselves .Our best defence against illness is wellness get well be happy start training
