Maternity Leave Update 🤰🏼

As many of you may already know, I am expecting baby number two in early April 🤍

My current plan is to work up until the end of March. For the first two weeks I will be fully available, then I’ll gradually reduce my hours slightly during the final couple of weeks.

If everything goes to plan, I intend to return to work by mid-May. Initially, I will be working one full day per week, along with Tuesday and Thursday evenings - so I won’t be away for long!

These hours will continue until my little one starts nursery, although I may be able to add an extra day here and there if childcare allows. During this time of reduced hours, I won’t be taking on new clients unless availability opens up.

As 2025 draws to a close ✨, what an incredible year it has been here in the treatment room. A total of 989 treatments delivered (and yes-my hands definitely feel it!), but it truly is a privilege to be able to call this my job.

As always, this business would not be possible without my wonderful clients. You genuinely keep my dreams alive. It’s often said that everyone you meet can teach you something, and that has never felt more true. I’ve taken something from every conversation with every client - whether that’s a new fact, a life lesson, a deeper appreciation, greater compassion, patience, or so much more. This work has shaped me into a more well-rounded person, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

As we step into 2026, I hope to continue supporting your bodies with the treatments they need—and your minds with a little unqualified therapy 😉.

There will, of course, be some changes to my usual schedule from April, as I prepare to welcome baby number two 👶🏼. I’d like to reassure you that this will be a very short break, and I fully intend to continue providing treatments for as many clients as possible. More information will be shared soon.

Happy 1st of December!!🎄 as expected it’s been a bit quieter these past couple of weeks and that will likely carry over into this month too, which is very normal this time of year.

However, if you are looking to get a treatment before Christmas I will be my diary all of today taking bookings. I do have some space this week too.
