Wow, what an incredible February Half Term Discovery and Try Day! Over 50 amazing young people joined us at our sell out event for an afternoon of rugby - futsal - street dance - basketball- muay thai - cricket - racket sports - multiball game wall and crafts at Summerfields Leisure Centre.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and made it so much fun!

We would also like to give a special shout out to the fantastic sports clubs who joined us on the day and delivered the sessions, including Siam Boxing Camp, Play Sport, Hastings And Bexhill RFC, Funk Fusion Fitness and the Sussex Cricket Foundation.

1st run in a while and it felt soooo good.
Your ACTONS will be led by your INTENTIONS.
I HAD to run to collect my car from the garage.
I made that my only option.
There was no room to quit and believe u me...I was creating a whole host of reasons not to hit the tarmac running.
Freya cooking her own meal again tonight championed the action...because I was ready to make that the excuse not to run.
I feel great.
Onwards and upwards...
Today is the beginning of prioritising my needs and not everyone else's 1st.

Thank you and well done to everyone who came along to our young carers physical activity day last week!

Together with Care for the Carers we were absolutely delighted to see so many young carers come together to try out a range of activities, including a taster session in the gym, yoga, street dance, muay thai and rounders.

Thank you to all the instructors who came along to support the day and a special thank you to Waitrose & Partners for supplying the delicious food.
