✨I always thought that there was something wrong with me

✨I'm not normal like everyone else....
I'm different & don't fit in anywhere

✨I thought people didn't like me...
& that it was my fault
I guess I'm not likeable

✨That I had to try hard to get people to like me..
I need to prove myself, so they would like me

✨I became agreeable with everyone & would do anything they asked.
'Yes, Yes, I will do that for you, just be my friend, please' :(

✨Buy not saying what I want, left me confused about who I am.
What do I like?
What do I want?
I don't know who I am anymore...

✨It has taken me a long time to figure it out...
I don't need to be a 'yes' person for people to like me..
Because people will like me regardless of what shape I am

The moral of the story is this
We start out thinking we are different and that no one likes us because we are different

So we try to change our shapes to fit in with others

But there more we try to fit in, the more we lose our colour, are sparkle

Until eventually, we don't know who we are anymore

We have to learn to love ourselves for who we are

People will like you for you but only when you learn to love yourself first

Be your shape and do the things you love to bring out your colours, the rest will follow :)

✨Sometimes the weight you need to lose isn't on your body✨

For over 10 years I have been a fitness professional

I ran 6 to 12 week programmes for 7 years, with the sole purpose of fatloss
Here is what I have learnt

✨ Weight loss happens, when your happy
Be happy with whom you are first. Losing weight because you are unhappy with the way you look, isn't a good enough reason to lose it and keep it off

Be happy with yourself first!

All the time you talk negatively about your body (yourself) you are only going to bring about more pain and negativity into your life

It's a toxicity cycle

✨Filling a void
People often fill a void in their lives, with, 'I need to lose weight'

Without realising it's not the weight they need to lose fist

It's people/things and relationships that are no longer serving them

✨It's never about 'weight loss'
The reality is when people decided they want to lose weight

They're missing something... well the actual point... like there missing the whole point

It's about GROWTH

Expansion and development

Weight loss just becomes a byproduct of your personal development

The need and want of improving your quality of life

The need to seek out adventure, spontaneity and, well... life!

If you want more energy, become healthy and do stuff, then seek out fun and enjoyable ways of doing things, with people that match that energy (the energy 'you' want)

✨Professionals often say 'Weight loss in a journey'
witch it kinda is but I proffer

Weight loss is an expansion
An expansion of your mind
Your relationships
And your life

If you do that you wouldn't have to poison your mind with 'weight loss' thoughts, instead you will be filling your mind and body with enjoyment and growth

Every single programme is about being progressive, taking you from level 0 to level 10,000 regardless of your expresses, goals or current lifestyle

That literally means we will build you up from the ground

2. Hormones
The training morphology from Walter's fitness was always focused on creating a hormonal response towards your health. This is done by using an energy system approach to training over a 'body part' approach

3. Funness
Oh man, we are all bout the funness. Now we have strike fit programme we hit stuff and still lay on are usual silliness :)

4. Creative and scientifically backed workouts
We do not, go hard or go home on every session here.... We have, and always will believe in, being smart and balancing volume and intensity at particular stages in your training
