Mixed ability group classes are held at Summerfields leisure centre on Monday and Tuesday Nights 830pm

A fun relaxed friendly environment for all ages and abilities

Private Classes in St Leonards-

One to One lessons are perfect for learning on your own leading to a more intense class, or perfecting existing moves, or for extra lessons in between your group classes
We hold private pole lessons in Hastings with our Lead instructor Jenni
See Below for further information. Private lessons are held on a fortnightly basis
Block payment is required to secure your lesson time, and ensure classes are not missed and this way you also get the discounts too! If you would like to try a lesson out first you can have a private taster lesson for £20

Wrist seat to superman
On Monday night my lovely student maya asks if you could get into superman from Wrist seat
I replied with Well I’ve never done it, and I don’t recall seeing it be done - so I had a think about it, and realised the legs wouldn’t be either side of the pole when we thread the hole usual
BUT then my brain told me to cross the legs arched through…. And lo and behold there it is!
Wrist seat into superman - i probably didn’t invent it, but I’m giddy that I worked it out!
First clip - Tuesday night after practicing it
Second clip - Monday night working it out 🤣
Pole is so much fun and brings so much laughter!
