Its been a while since my last post to work, family commitments. Leeds on TV on a Saturday in March, Boro' midweek on TV both possible pub visits to the Cutter on Hastings seafront, and I'm considering a visit to Loftus Road on Easter Monday against the Swans, anyone interested?

Through J.D. Sports Massage Therapy I am very pleased to be announcing a new venue and partnership with Falaise Fitness Centre in St Leonard's on sea. Starting 23rd October the new appointments will start at 4pm and go to 10pm (last hourly slot starts at 9pm) in hourly slots. I am proud to announce that my prices have stayed the same despite outside costs rising, £50 for an hour, with 30 minutes now being available at £30. Usual ways to book. Missing a session on the day without prior notice incurs £10 booking fee.

Venturing to Loftus Road via the Crown and Sceptre public house in Shepherds Bush for the Swansea City game on the 21st. I'm getting the 9-24am train from St Leonards if anyone wants to join me.

And so the new season has started with a little frustration it has to said. Dates for your diary, I am venturing to LR on the 10th and the 17th September, if anyone would like to join me, please feel free. October 15th , we are an early KO on the TV against the Hatters, I will be venturing down the Cutter on Hastings seafront for lunch if anyone would like to join me.
