Folkestone ➡️ Calais. Day one.

We’d quit our jobs to build a van and drive it around Europe. No real plan just a one way ticket across the channel.

This is the first journal entry from that trip.

“And we’re off… saying goodbye is always hard, even when you’re off on the adventure of a lifetime.”

Little did we know what this adventure would eventually turn into. Wow it’s been a journey but let’s just say we’re only just getting started 😉

Grant, Kelda and their 5 (!) dogs have a whole year’s worth of adventures planned! 🛶🚵🏻‍♂️🥾
This lovely pair are seasoned kayakers, bikers and hikers, and will be putting their Freedom 4X through its paces, doing what they love best with all five of their four-legged crew members in tow! 🐾

We can’t wait to see what they get up to… Cheers to many happy memories!
