So I have been a personal trainer for over 2 and a half years now. Throughout that time I have expanded my knowledge to help my clients get the best result.
I will still be expanding my knowledge going forward in my career.

So with this in mind I decided to revamp my logo and show you what I can do. Here are the current programmes I have to offer:

Why I video myself and not my clients?!

1, My clients journey is their own and is their decision to make if they want to be recorded.

2, They pay for my full attention, so I am not concerned about getting likes to show that I can train a client.

3, My videos show that I work just as hard as I push my clients, which helps them with their journey.

4, Why do we need to show our clients training?

Results will be made whether or not I record them.

The first and most important part of being a Personal Trainer is making sure all my clients mental health are improved. Which in turn shows results on their body.

If you want results and to push hard, I am here for that!

Hopefully watching my journey will help you towards yours 💪

It might be hard work, but oh my god you will feel amazing when you do it.

If you deserve it, you got to work for it. Unfortunately it doesn't just happen.

So get up and get what you deserve. Don't let the tough work put you off.

Some days we feel good and some days not so good!

Today I wasn't sure how I was feeling, but I know me and my kangaroo pouch were ready to get some squats in.
First sets felt sluggish but as I got moving more the endorphins exploded and I felt ready to finish the sets.

Working in the gym I hear people say how they feel defeated because they couldn't finish a set or didn't feel as strong.

That's OK!

We can't always be on top performance everytime we get into the gym.

Life hits us with many different feelings and that can effect a workout performance.

Allow yourself to accept that this happens but never let it beat you.

Take a step back, lower the weights and lower the reps but NEVER GIVE UP!

Feel stronger in your mind......and the rest will follow!

The main thing I get across to my clients is to build a stronger mind. Look forward to going to the gym, keep to the routine, make friends and have a healthier eating habit (no diet fads here).

When you enjoying getting up and working out, your body will change to the way you want it.

Most of all.....be patient. Losing weight, gaining muscles, building strength and stamina, improving coordination and just building a healthier body will take time.

Once you get there, you will feel amazing.

It's been going around so thought I would share what I think:

Fat shaming is not seen or heard, especially and .1066 and I am shocked if somewhere has people in the gym that do that.
We all have to start somewhere no matter what shape or size we are. We all have different goals to achieve and we all support each other through the challenging journey.

If YOU have been somewhere that fat shames, leave.......leave now and find somewhere who supports you, not knocks you for making positive changes to your life.

Advertising this as "The Future of Fitness" is wrong, it's sending out incorrect signals.

Whoever you are, working out helps improve your health, physical and mental, improves strength, coordination, endurance and also helps with confidence.

So where ever you are starting in your journey, remember, fat shaming is said on news articles like this but it DOES NOT exist.
