We design our classes to be suitable for everyone. We have clients from all walks of life - ranging from servicemen in the military to office workers and stay at home parents. We aim to offer all our clients a program that is appropriate for their individual level of fitness - whether you’ve spent the last 10 years on the sofa or on the treadmill we have something that will work for you.. We’re not a fan of fitness fads - as coaches we’ve seen that the best results always come from consistency and hard work. Our memberships are designed for people looking to make a dedicated, long term commitment to improving their health and fitness. We also offer Olympic lifting classes, Nutrition advice, Personal Training sessions, and opportunities to compete in local to global competitions.
