Behind the scenes at Uden Studio… 🤍

A little insight into what happens at Uden, and what shapes the way we work.

Every week we’re taking private sessions, joining teacher classes, sharing ideas, asking questions, and continuing to develop our own practice. I’ve also introduced a monthly team mentorship session, giving us time to reflect, learn from one another, and stay aligned in the way we teach and support you.

As part of these sessions, I’m also inviting guest teachers into the studio to share their knowledge with us. Last month, we had the privilege of welcoming Javier Torkins. It was such an honour to have him here for an afternoon of discussion, practical exploration, and shared learning.

He’s returning to Uden soon, and I’ll be opening up his schedule for private sessions. If you’d like to hear when those bookings are released, send me a DM and I’ll add you to the waitlist x

For me, this is what builds a strong studio.

Not just beautiful apparatus (although ours is pretty special 😉), but a team that’s committed to learning, growing, and supporting one another.

Because the more we invest in ourselves, the better we can support you.

A little insight into what happens at Uden, and what shapes the way we work.

Every week we’re taking private sessions, joining teacher classes, sharing ideas, asking questions, and continuing to develop our own practice. Out of studio - Italy retreat mode is officially on 🇮🇹

Isaura’s off this coming week too, but the beautiful Emily is looking after the studio and holding everything together 🙏

She’s got a few 1:1 spots left Wed–Fri mornings. Head to the Uden Studio booking system via Momence, search 1:1, and you’ll see her availability.

The first of many dreamy collaborations for our Pilates & Petals Sunday Session 🌸

We moved, we sipped, and we created - definitely my kind of slow Sunday morning 🤍

Thank you to all you gorgeous souls who made it so fun and special - and to the sun for showing up for us too ☀️ This one really made me smile lots.

Big love to for supporting the day - guests enjoyed their True Hydration on arrival and a matcha moment post Pilates during the petals workshop

And for keeping us fuelled with the most delicious snacks

A little glimpse inside UDEN Studio 🤍

The apparatus is authentic. The method is intentional.
Classically trained teachers and forever students. Always curious, always learning, always refining.

And it wouldn’t be what it is without you - the gorgeous souls who walk through the doors each week, trusting us and bringing the energy.

Bodies of all ages, shapes, and sizes evolve. Posture improves, confidence builds, alignment refines, and strength deepens.

This studio started as a dream many years ago. This May marks 12 years since I began teaching - and I’m so proud of the community we’ve built together, and excited for everything still to come
