I know that the temps havenโt quite dropped to sub zero yet but I am kinda wondering if the dark mornings and colder weather is putting folk off exercising ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

Personally I find the seasonal charges hard going; the dark, the cold, the shorter days and lack of sunshine are not my friends.
I have found a way to deal with this the best I can and yup youโve guessed it, I get moving! But the trick is consistency and without that you will never feel the full benefits that exercise can bring during the winter months ๐ช
So find something or lots of different things and keep consistent, yes it is as simple as that! No magic potions, special diet, 6-week quick fit, shakes, pills or anything else just get moving and stay moving ๐
