A good victory for the Hoorahs today as they opened their winter indoor cricket campaign against a lovely St Peters side! A great team effort with some fab batting by Sally and Hannah, brilliant bowling by Karen and the usual gold standard wicket keeping by Katie 🤩 Not entirely sure of the score but think 134 - 60 🏏

A great performance from Hurstpierpoint today in their indoor match against St Peters Cricket Club! Excellent batting from openers Katie and Cecily set up a competitive total for St Peters to chase.
Cecily, Maddie and Gail then bowled brilliantly to get St Peters out, with catches taken by Hannah, Gail and Bernie, and a Caught and Bowled by Cecily!

Well played by all and thanks St Peters for a fun, competitive game!

The Hoorahs enjoyed their first bit of cricket in 2022 with a fun Sussex Cricket Foundation indoor match against Ansty Ladies CC at County Cricket Ground, Hove on Sunday! While we didn't manage a win, we had a great time and blew away some cobwebs!
