Working with me as your coach

In a caring and compassionate way, with genuine concern for what is best for you as an individual, I will help you to develop and carry out a personalised action plan, complete with a range of evidence based activities, and will support you to put these into practice in your everyday life so that you can achieve your goals, and continue to do so even after our sessions are complete. My background and experience

I have 28 years experience of working in the helping professions as coach, mentor, therapist, consultant, teacher and supervisor. I have a great deal of training and experience in using psychological strategies to help people improve their mental, emotional and holistic well being. I am extensively trained to use many different coaching approaches, and to tailor them to best meet individual people’s needs. My background includes 13 years working in the NHS and private practice as a Clinical Psychologist helping people overcome a wide range of different emotional and psychological difficulties, as well as 15 years working within education settings. I have undergraduate, masters and doctorate level qualifications in psychology and am also a qualified teacher and supervisor. My Values

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions take place at my home office in the valley of Rossendale. This provides a warm, comfortable, safe, private coaching setting. Sessions generally last for one hour, with a longer initial session to get to know one another. However, this can vary by mutual agreement.

Cost

Coaching sessions are usually priced at £90 per hour. This is currently being charged at a special introductory offer rate of £45 per hour.

The first assessment, shared understanding and planning session is usually offered at a discounted rate of £90 for a one and half hour session. This is currently being charged at a special introductory offer rate of £45 per session.

A discounted rate of £75 per hour is usually offered for advance bookings of three or more sessions at a time.
