New Wednesday morning Pilates Plus class at the Fernhurst Village Hall, class starts at 9am and cost £8 per session on a drop in basis so no long term contract or up front payment. Hope to see you there on Wednesday morning!! Suzanne x

I am looking for your thoughts on Mum&Baby Vagoga classes over the summer. I have a venue I can use in Frimley Green on Tuesdays for 6 weeks over the holidays starting on Tuesday the 18th of July. Can you share this post please with any new mum friends in the area to see if it is a class they might be interested in. Farnham classes are also carrying on through the summer hols. Thank you ###

Happy Monday Everyone! Just to make you aware that Mum&Baby Vagoga in both Haslemere and Farnham is running over the Easter holidays. If your usual class has shut shop for Easter, come and give a class a go. Good core exercise with lots of pelvic floor tips to keep you strong for years to come. Your baby is welcome to join in too. A big thank you to everyone who has been part of our last Mum&Baby Vagoga term. As always it has been fun to work with you and meet your babies. I want to share a lovely quote " we are definitely signing up for next term, I do other local mum and baby groups but this is by far my favourite class." Next term starting on Tuesday the 21st of March in Farnham and Wednesday the 22nd of March in Haslemere. I look forward to seeing you again then and meeting some other new mums and babies if you fancy giving the class a go. Your first session is a free trial then the cost for a 7 week term is just £50.
