Wednesday 9.30am Strength & Conditioning - STUDIO ONLY.
Wednesday 5.45pm - Flexibility, Mobility and Stretching. Suitable for all.

Thursday 9.15am Strength & Conditioning - STUDIO ONLY.

Friday 10.15am - Pilates style workout for beginners upwards.
Friday 5pm - Strength and Conditioning. STUDIO ONLY.
