That time again where we celebrate some of our attendees at box-fit 👍🏻

Well done to .lynch1976 & who ran the Colchester 10k yesterday 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The "BULLET" keeps getting better & better with an outstanding 2:47.28 at Halstead Marathon yesterday.

Lastly, was at a karate competition yesterday coming away with a gold & silver 🥋

Great way to start the week at Monday Night Box-fit & love sharing the great things everyone keeps achieving 👊🏻💪🏻👍🏻

was back at box-fit after his incredible run at Boston Marathon on 12th April.

After an injury last April at Brighton Harry smashed his PB with an incredible time of 2:52.14 ..... in windy conditions too! Plenty to come from Harry & will get quicker for sure with sub 2.50 in his sights 👊🏻🏃🏻‍♂️

Huge well done to for completing the marathon yesterday in an impressive time of 4 hours 30 & a PB to top it off! I have helped coach Emma this year & what a run yesterday 👏🏻

Shout out to & who attend Monday Night Box-fit 👍🏻 cracking runs from them both & Brad came away with a huge PB. Great work gents 👍🏻

MEDAL MONDAY SHOUT OUT.......

Particularly PROUD of this one ....... ran Boston (UK) marathon yesterday & knowing how much he has put into running a sub 3 - yesterday was the day with a 2:56.47 👊🏻💪🏻 GET IN THERE!!!!

Yesterday also saw Raejohn, & .lynch1976 all smash a their races at Bromley 10k 👊🏻💪🏻 GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!

Huge well done to for running Prague Half Marathon last weekend 👏🏻

Kirsty has followed a plan from start to finish, running, gym work & no questions asked, ticking off every week as required.

A huge 9 minute PB achieved! Kudos to that 👏🏻

Been quiet on socials but can't miss a Medal Monday shout out for these guys 👍🏻

.mccrea.94 all ran amazingly yesterday at Gt Bentley Half Marathon with PB's 👊🏻

was back on the mat at karate tournament coming away with multiple medals including a gold 👊🏻

Can't beat a shout out for Monday Night Box-fit Class 🫡
