Long post incoming…
1 week before our final game, Harwich and Parkeston Women wondered how we could make a difference as we exit the 2025/2026 season. Our first step was instead of someone being nominated to bring sweets for half time (although it’s usually Gav🤣) We all opted to bring one (or more) items of sanitary wear. As most of you will had seen, young player Jess had started the idea of girls supporting girls we wanted to help her keep it going, so that is what we did!

Our second idea was to bring Wildcats aged 4-10 to accompany us on our walk out 🤩

Thirdly and finally
Our game against stanway did not go our way…we were faced against a hungry and ready Stanway Rovers ladies and we congratulate them on a fantastic season and wish them luck in division 2.
In order to congratulate them we created a tunnel for them on their way back to the changing rooms!

We are proud of HPWFC, we finished 5th in the league, our player Natasha Lammond finished in 2nd for Top goal scorer for Division 3 and 4th across all 4 divisions in the Essex County League. We scored a staggering 77 goals, just in the league!

We have some exciting announcements coming through and some not so exciting announcements coming soon, so please stand by whilst we take our much deserved break!
