That means developing:

• Explosive power (ATP-PC)
• Strength endurance (glycolytic)
• Aerobic fitness & recovery

🔄 All planes of movement:

• Sagittal — forward/backward
• Frontal — side to side
• Transverse — rotation

A great fitness session is about so much more than reps, sets, or personal bests—it’s about people.

Teamwork creates an environment where everyone feels included and motivated. When we move together, we push each other further than we ever could alone. Commitment keeps us showing up, even on the days when motivation is low, reminding us that progress is built through consistency.

Support is everything. A simple word of encouragement or a shared smile can make someone’s entire session. In a truly positive space, being non-judgemental is key—everyone starts somewhere, and every journey is valid. There’s no room for comparison, only growth.

Fitness should also be fun. When we enjoy what we’re doing, it stops feeling like a chore and becomes something we look forward to. Laughter, energy, and good vibes are just as important as the workout itself.

Beginners Circuits 💯

With rising cases of long-term health conditions, getting people back to fitness has never been more important.

Beginner circuits and group training offer a safe, supportive way for people to restart exercise, improve strength, mobility, energy, and confidence — especially those managing inactivity, ageing, or ongoing health challenges.

Well-structured sessions can help support better outcomes for conditions linked to lifestyle, while reducing isolation and building routine.

The power of group exercise is second to none , people stay more consistent when they feel supported, encouraged, and accountable in a safe non judgemental environment.

This is where referrals matter. We all know that person who wants to move more and make changes to their health , but that Monday never comes. If you know someone who wants to feel better, regain confidence, and get moving whilst having fun then send them my way.

One introduction could be the start of lasting change. Also get your GPs or health professionals to refer or social subscribe you to exercise.

All abilities welcome , progress encouraged and health supported. I am a Level 4 BACPR instructor and have a level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral. who has previously worked on referral teams and in the Cardiac rehab environment so you are safe in my hands .

Remember it's not all about aesthetics it's also the normal daily living activities for example : Opening doors, getting up and down from the sofa, walking unaided , being able to be present in your children's and grand children's lives ♥️
