After being a bit of a numnut the past couple weeks Diego redeemed himself by producing two lovely tests with no extra moves 🤣 very chuffed with 72% and 73% but more important to me were the judges comments. I continually strive to have happy, willing ponies 💖🦄

Aren't they just the best levellers ! After being such an angel at the Areas, Diego wanted to remind he me can can still pull some shapes that even a rodeo horse would be proud of 🙈 I'm blaming the grass growing! Thank you to the other competitors warming up for being so understanding.
Had a change on the right and a break on the left after trying to bomb off but somehow still got a respectable score. Very happy with 7.5 for both medium trots as we've been working on these .

Immensely proud of this little munchkin (looking very nonplussed here!) For being so brave in an extremely busy warm up and holding it together during his test so well, when I knew he was having the odd 'bad thought' 🤣 anyone who knows this boy will know what i mean!
He's only competed 3 times in the last 2 years so to have him back at the area festival and to qualify for the champs makes me very emotional 😁
Hopefully have some nicer pics soon !

Clever boys ! Diego is only just back out competing so didn't think it would be fair to chase a regional qualification with only a few weeks left. Want to keep it stress free for him so he will do the area festival and baby Paco is going to go for broke at the regionals 😁
