Today T.C had the mace sticks out putting the body through different ranges of motion and introducing something to those that have never tried it!!
Mace Training….. Why?
Why not?
Don’t just stick to the same types of training you know, or what’s in fashion or what everyone else is doing!!!!
Change it up a bit, add new things make your body do what it’s capable of doing!
Mace stick training uses a wide range of muscles across the body,
It’s great for Shoulder resilience,
Improves Grip strength,
Core strength, stability and power,
Stronger stabiliser muscles.
Swinging the macebell through the full range of motion with good technique will strengthen the ligaments, tendons and muscles whilst improving shoulder mobility.
Not only that it looks good!!! 👍🏽💪🏼
Workouts don’t have to be the same or boring!! Change it up a bit 🙏🏼
