Congratulations to Oliver who was most outstanding U20M at Hartlepool Athletics awards evening, and what a brilliant year he has had.

Oliver has competed 15 times this last year in Discus, Shot and Javelin and set all the club records for good measure.

Oliver has set 9 of his own PBs going from strength to strength in each throw finishing off the season with pbs-

Jav: 36.34m
Discus: 28.53m
Shot: 9.12m

Brilliant season Oliver, well done! 💪 🏆

A huge well done to Jack who was this years most outstanding U17B at Hartlepool Athletics awards evening.

Jack has had a great year, not just in throws but in a plethora of events.

He has competed in 3 different throws this last year setting 10Pbs with some excellent throwing on display.

Finishing the season with the following pbs.

Javelin: 36.13m
Shot: 9.13m
Discus: 28.41m

Congratulations to James who won the award for most outstanding U15B at Hartlepool Athletics awards evening.

James specialises in Javelin and hasn't been with the club long competing just 5 times, 3 pbs later and setting a magnificent PB of 36.46m putting him at top spot in the North east rankings by a healthy margin.

The bid to become national level is now on.

Fantastic stuff James well done. 💪 🏆

Congratulations to Georgia who took most improved trophy at Hartlepool Athletics awards evening.
She is fairly new to throws but instantly took off with Her Javelin and has since shown amazing potential in discus too.

She narrowly missed out on the Javelin club record but I expect that to be blitzed in the next 12 months as she has another year at it.

She finished the year off with a super pb in Javelin of 20.14m.

Amazing achievement Georgia and plenty more to come.

Max also picking up trophy for most improved U13B at Hartlepool Athletics awards evening.
Max competes in almost anything he can with a huge smile on his face and is relatively new to throws.
He has competed 4 times more so recently in Javelin and Shot putt where he has improved on each ocassion with 4 pbs.

He finished the season of with bests of:

Javelin- 12.74m, Shot- 5.18m

Fantastic progess Max and no-one more deserving. Keep it up young man.

A massive well done to Both Freya and Violet who picked up joint most improved trophies at Hartlepool Athletics awards evening.
They have had an incredible year across multiple events including throws.
They have both competed 17 times each in throws.

Freya- setting 11pbs and finishing the season with bests of:

Shot- 6.35m, Discus- 16.56m, Javelin- 18.32m

Violet- setting 7pbs and finishing the season with bests of:

Shot- 6.33m, Discus- 16.73m, Javelin- 15.10m

Amazing year and well deserved girls. 💪💪🏆 🏆

Freya also took to discus at NECAA, we knew a PB was coming due to Freyas power output increasing exponentially lately. She threw a fantastic PB of 16.56m, over 2metres better than previous. Amazing Freya, your progress lately has been outstanding, well done 💪💪
