A Week of Sun, Sea, & TEQball!

What a brilliant week of sport and community activity across Hartlepool and the Tees Valley!

From Sun & Sea on our beautiful coastline, to an open community TEQball tryout at Seaton Carew, we’ve been giving people the chance to discover new sports, get active and simply have a go. A big thank you to Cllr Sue Little Mayor Hartlepool Borough Council for showing support and encouragement.

We also had an amazing day at Teesside University for the Girls Active Inspiration Day with Tees Valley Sport, introducing more young people to Kabaddi and showing how much fun it can be.

And we’re not stopping there!

We want to bring TEQball to communities across Hartlepool — FREE.

We have a Smart TEQball Table that can be used for five different games, creating opportunities for children, young people, adults and families to play together.

A fantastic celebration of Kabaddi on the European stage here in Augustów, Poland, bringing together athletes, communities and supporters through the spirit of this incredible sport.

A special thank you to Her Excellency Ms Neeta Bhushan , Ambassador of India to Poland, for delivering the inaugural address and for her continued encouragement and support for the growth of Kabaddi. 🇮🇳🤝🇵🇱

Support like this is invaluable as we work together to strengthen Kabaddi across Europe, create more international opportunities for players, and introduce the sport to new audiences and communities.

From its deep roots in India to a growing international stage — Kabaddi continues to cross borders and bring people together through sport.

XTeQ – Teqball Community Tryouts invites participants of all ages, genders and abilities to come and experience Teqball in a relaxed, supportive setting. Building on the inclusive ethos of MUSC CiC, the tryouts focus on fun, creativity and skill-building rather than elite performance, making it ideal for complete beginners, casual players and those curious about a new social sport.
