wanted to reintroduce myself and share the heart behind Pilates & Barre with Sarah 🩷
For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with my body image battling body dysmorphia and eating disorders for over 12 years. Movement, however, has always been my therapy. It’s been my way to process emotions, shift my mood, and reconnect with myself.
I’ve tried many different types of exercise over the years, but when I found Pilates and barre, something truly clicked. There’s something so powerful about moving with intention and reconnecting to your feminine energy especially in a world that often pulls us away from it.
I carefully plan and curate every class, blending strength training with Pilates and barre to create a style of movement that feels empowering, enjoyable, and deeply connected. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and trust in your body.
Alongside this, I’ve been working on changing the way I speak to myself learning to feel grateful for all my body allows me to do, instead of criticising it for how it looks. That shift has been life-changing, and it’s something I’m so passionate about sharing with other women.
