Bank Holiday 31st August ,
Trip out today on the wrecks made a change from mackerel fishing ,
We head out on to first wreck had a few drifts it was slow for ling and codling vut plenty if mackerel ,
After a few drifts time to move 4 mile ,
Onto 2nd wreck which was better after few drifts and ling been caught to just under 10lb and po***ck starting to show,
On to 3rd wreck and still more ling ,
Few codling ,
And po***ck to around 4lb ,
In all quiet a good day with some lads taken hime 3 decent fish each,
Iv trips going out on friday ,
Week end Saturday and Sunday fully booked,
Next week mid week places available wrecking and mackerel trips ,

Monday August 24th 2026,
Been a few weeks since i posted any reports was just busy with mackerel.trips and short runs ,
But today we had anglers on who wanted to fish the wrecks ,
Looking at weather forecast and seen it was good till around 2pm we had good tide we set off at 5am this morning still dark ,
First wreck 1 half hours steaming just as sun starting to come up first drift and we hit the the jackpot with lots of Po***ck shown and good fish two quiet a lot in around 4lb quiet a few at 6lb and 10.5lb in total about 50 po***ck in 2hrs drifting over the wreck ,
Quiet a few ling in at 10lb and 11lb ,
Again lots of Mackerel cracking day by all who did turn up ,
Iv trips out this week Thursday 4hr family trip places available,
Friday wrecking 8hr 6am to 2pm £65pp places available,
Sat and Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday fully booked,

Friday 24th July,
We sat off today 9am head out to the wrecks lying 5mile first few drifts ,
Its slow due to very small tides ,
But we pushed on hitting them hard taken ling and codling and lots of markerel,
Moving south on one or two more wrecks and soon as tide start ebbing fish came on and sone good ling lost as they diding want to come up,
Mickeal from Sunderland took ling to 10lb,
Ross from Radcar took ling to 9lb and codling to 4lb,
Other lads took ling to 7lb and codling to 4.5lb,
Again lots more markerel ,
In all it turned out to be a good day with quiet a few fish ,
Now this is for traveling anglers who have never been on a boat before ,
Think before you book an 8hr trip it may be good weather where you live but out there it not it can be rolling about as am miles from port i cannot take you back no good crying once you out,

Monday 22nd June,
Wrecking trip today when i got update on weather i see wind getting up later in day 25mph ESE later in afternoon .
As we head out to couple wrecks lying 5 mile off and weather looking good few fish starting to show ,
A nice wolf fish of 6.5lb follow by a few codling around 4lb,
Move onto another few more showed,
Its that time in day and tide starting to ebb i know the wreck i wanted to on wind picking up now i know no small boats out as sea also picking up,
We arrive at the wreck first few drifts Ling to 10lb and under,
Few more Codling around 4.5lb ,
Po***ck to 4.5lb
And a cracking cookoo wrass lovely blue and yellow prob around 1.5lb i ask the guy to return alive which he did,
Again lots of mackerel ,
Am still taken bookings for mid week trips in july as nearly all week ends are booked now,

Saturday 20th June ,
Weather very good today sun shining as we got to marine we knew it was going to be a hot one today,
First couple wrecks nothing much shown apart from plenty of pouts and lots of Mackerel 6 at a time ,
Few codling ,
As we carried on though out the day heading south and as tide was ebbing codling and po***ck started to show in good numbers around 3 to 4.5lb ,
And couple decent ling one in at 10lb and 12lb ,
We fully booked tomorrow but have places available on monday and tuesday both days 8hr wrecking ,

Weekend trips mostly booked still places available midweek from 4 to 8hr trips wrecking rough ground ,
Mackerel not to far away as we been catching a few when out,
Trip out last friday proved very hard with wind at one point only giving us an hour on a 5 mile wreck but with poor catchers ,
Lot of dirty rain water makeing it very hard ,
Fridays trip pushed us inside we knew where we wanted to be but couldn't get out there,
This week end looking better and midweek days weather inproving ,
