The date for the next CCA inter-clubs is set 4th of August, if you are wishing to attend I am asking for you you get your list of fighters in as soon as possible so a proper schedule can be planned in advance so the day can run smoothly and all coaches can be given a copy of the order of the bouts to take place. This will also help put the match ups in a mixed order so there isn’t a club sat waiting a long period of time without match up
PURPOSE gain important experience in a safe environment on fighting in front of a crowd with someone you don't know.
This is not about hurting each other but developing our martial arts skills against other like minded competitors.If you would like to get involved don’t hesitate to get in touch
Rules;
Glove size; 16 oz gloves
Shin pads to be worn
Head guards at your own discretion
Power; light and controlled For all disciplines – This is a controlled contact interclub based on SKILL not power, it's not a fight! If the fighter does not keep the fight controlled, the referee will issue ONE warning only, if more than one warning is issued the fight will be stopped and fighter(s) will be disqualified.
