Today is the day my mam has her OP and the amount of support we have had throughout this time has been amazing from everyone, we have raised more than we had planned in our heads it just shows how much support we have and been able to do what we can for this charity is just amazing, My mama is loved by so many and we would just like to thank all for everything WE LOVE YOU ALL πŸ’•

"Right I'm gonna start my diet and going to the gym on Monday" 🚫

This statement in my opinion never works in the long run, I find making smaller steps to your eating habits and creating a happier environment for yourself makes bigger improvements and enables you to keep on track and have a healthy routine that is manageable for yourself πŸ‘ You then don't even realise your half way there as it becomes a lifestyle not a task and you find your much happier within yourself 😁

First Step to getting myself back on track is to clean up my food intake (noticed I did not say diet) yes in order to loose the weight I want to loose I will be in a CALORIE DEFICIT, this does not mean being overly strict, I can still have to foods I enjoy but I will be TRACKING my calories each day πŸ‘Œ

WHY IS BREAKFAST IMPORTANT❓

Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work or at school. Those are just a few reasons why it’s the most important meal of the day.

Skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating. When you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscles and brain work their best is usually low. Breakfast helps replenish it.

If your body doesn’t get that fuel from food, you may feel zapped of energy -- and you'll be more likely to overeat later in the day.

Breakfast doesn't have to be bland or boring, this is my version of over night oats, find a cereal you like and add yogurt and fruit πŸ˜‹β€οΈ quick and easy and very delishious πŸ‘
