Here at Pkt fitness cave we offer a unique form off exercise working on the fullbody but you also have a laugh along the way and will see results if you put the work in....

Our classes are small so you dont feel uncomfortable or out off place we dont have mirrors and every exercise is adaptable to suit your needs

R u looking to start a gym but are anxious nervous about walking through the doors?

Here at Pkt fitness cave we totally understand how you feel so we have designed a gym specially for that reason our room is dark small and.you dont feel overwhelmed as we only do small classes maxed to 6 ppl also we dont have mirrors.

All our classes are different and are designed so you go your own pace and every exercise is adaptable to suit your needs.

We do loads of variations on movements core strength muscle toning cardio floor work and we try to ensure you get the full support by everyone and we try to make it funny.

Our gym isnt for everyone or there needs as we dont run or do burpees lol what you see is what you get I speak the truth and will full support you in your journey.
