Really struggling to lose weight, The older you get, the harder it is. Switched to a very generous calorie count diet, see if i can lose weight slowly this way. 2500 calorie start, then adjust as i lose/gain weight. any food goes. Eat what i want, just not as much as i want. 😁😁
