Following the fitness dance class is the Dance for Parkinson's class.
We get together for coffee and a chat about 10.40 am and then begin our rhythmical exercises at 11.00-12 noon.
We move to improve flexibility , strength and stamina, using all
joints and hoping to improve balance too.
exercises to improve breathing and use of the voice are also in the mix, with fun and laughter thrown in !
Thursday is the day to come along and give it a go.
