Hello, Harrogate Town Judo Club need your help. To practice Judo we need three basic things: a sport hall, Judo uniform and Judo mats. The mats we are using at the moment lend by another club and we have to return them by May. This means that if we can’t buy our own mats by then we won’t be abl....

This is Judo...It is not all about big throws, bone cracking arm locks or ‘breath taking’ strangles. Respect, discipline, courage and friendship are just as important to become a Judoka.

In Brazil 🇧🇷 a beaten Diego Cruz, 19, (blue judogi) tied up the belt of his victorious opponent Mike Pinheiro who had injured his arm after their contest. Both young men showed the world what it means to be a judoka. Respect, friendship and solidarity!
