The Fitness Rooms is a spacious, clean and professional gym with a unique community centred around bespoke Personal Training, Physiotherapy & Sports Massage Therapy. Built specifically for the needs of top local health and fi

tness professionals and include top of the range equipment including Wattbikes, Technogym Kinesis machines and Hammer Strength lifting facilities ensures all clients reach their training potentials. Our clean and spacious Therapy room sees experienced Physiotherapist; Hannah Bottomley and experienced Sports Therapist; Steve Bannister operating their weekly clinics treating clients and patients. All at The Fitness Rooms have the opportunity for medical care and advice if needed. We also have clean and professional changing facilities too. We are OPEN!! 🤩 The new Performance Clinic (previously our changing rooms) at The Fitness Rooms has had a dramatic refurb and layout change which now sees an additional clinic space added to the facility ‘but’ with a twist!

The Performance Clinic will be a objective marker testing hub using some of the latest equipment from and .uk to give more in-depth metrics and understating of athlete/client strength asymmetry and result in more detailed rehabilitation strategies to allow for faster RTP (return to play)

Along with these objective marker testing equipment, we will also have , and magnesium products from the lovely team at to bring about faster recovery from niggles and injury

A lot has happened since Jan 19th when we started the work but I am over the moon with the final product and how the space will work in conjunction with the facility here at The Fitness Rooms, Harrogate 🤩

Exciting things coming…..

We are only 1 week away from completing the full revamp of our changing room space, transforming it into a Sports Performance & Rehab Clinic built for athletes.

Here’s what the new space has to offer:

- Game Ready Recovery — elite compression & cold therapy
- VALD Performance & Remaker objective marker testing
