Job Title: Loft Storage Sales & Quoting Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loft Storage Sales & Quoting Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, producing accurate quotations for loft storage installations, and supporting customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to booking.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has a good eye for detail, and wants to work in a fast-growing home improvement sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer enquiries for loft storage solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations based on surveys, measurements, and customer requirements
• Advise customers on suitable loft storage options, upgrades, and pricing
• Liaise with surveyors, installers, and scheduling teams to confirm details
• Follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and quoting systems
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
Skills & Experience
• Previous sales, quoting, or customer service experience
• Confident phone manner with strong communication skills
• Ability to understand measurements
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working towards targets and conversion rates
• Good IT/Phone skills
• A full UK driving license
• Must be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes
