A huge thank you to all the kids and adults who took part in today’s Bright Ideas for Tennis event! 🎾
It was fantastic to see so many players on court enjoying the game, learning new skills, and having lots of fun along the way.
A special thank you to Danny Sapsford and former Wimbledon Doubles Champion Jonny Marray for delivering some outstanding coaching and sharing their experience with everyone involved.
We hope you all had a brilliant day and left feeling inspired to play even more tennis. Thanks for being part of it! 🙌🎾

Great to welcome the students from Harrogate personalised learning College to the courts today at Starbeck Tennis Club 🎾
We had an awesome session introducing them to the sport, working through some key tennis skills with loads of energy, smiles, and fun all round 🙌
It was brilliant to see everyone getting stuck in and enjoying themselves — we’re already looking forward to seeing you all again next week!

Great session today with the Starbeck Ladies Team at Starbeck Tennis Club. Well done everyone 🙌
It was fantastic to get on court with the team and work on improving doubles positioning and volley skills. The players really embraced the session, trying new ideas and making some great adjustments at the net.
Already seeing some excellent improvement and it was brilliant to see everyone stepping outside their comfort zone and experimenting with new tactics on court.
A big thank you as well to our amazing coaching team who were fantastic today and delivered the session to such a high standard — brilliant energy and support on court throughout 👏
Looking forward to seeing these skills put into action in upcoming matches! 💪🎾
