I also offer 1-2-1 training as a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Weight Mgmt Advisor. I will provide you with:
Class Schedules, Ruck Club Events, Recipe Suggestions, Health and Wellness Tips, Encouragement and Love xx

Nice little 4+ mile ruck with the 30 # weight around Grimwith Reservoir while the kids sail ⛵️ I love England 🇬🇧

Today is the first time in AGES that I've put any weight in my rucksack - not to mention 30lbs! I rucked up to the gym in 33 minutes - did 60 minutes of resistance - then was home in 26 minutes! I definitely surprised myself today 😅

There will be many more rucks around town to prepare for the Day of the Ranger events to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Battle of Mogadishu during the Somali Civil War.
