We all have days where we doubt ourselves, we focus on the negatives and forget about all of our greatest achievements. That’s been my week this week.

But then you get sent this photo from your wedding photographer...
8.06.19 was probably the best day of my life. I married my best friend and got to share it with everyone I love.

I am strong. I am capable of anything. I walked in the rain, up robin hoods bays famous steep hill. In my wedding dress.

So if you’re feeling a little down, or disheartened in your sport right now, remember all the other things you’ve managed to do in recent times. It doesn’t have to be sport related because that’s only a small segment of YOU.
